sheSTRENGTH






It's a movement. I can feel it. Rumbling down within my soul. It's gaining momentum. It's building. Yet I can't quite put my finger on it yet.  It's the idea of throwing out the scale and pushing the numbers on the weights. It's the feeling of freedom escaping the black hole of fat loss, chasing those last 10 pounds...AND INSTEAD pushing toward a goal of a half marathon, a powerlifting meet, a CrossFit competition, Bench Press 100 pounds, it's being able to squat without knees hurting....it's needing to buy a heavier set of dumbbells, it's feeling confident in the weight room at the local gym, its walking in with a plan and a know-how to execution of the movements...its EMPOWERMENT. STRENGTH. CONFIDENCE.

AND as a result of relentlessly pursuing these goals, the fat loss becomes a symptom. 

Goals: Learn how to lift weights effectively. Learn how to put exercises together to best target those problem areas. Learn workouts that can be used at a gym or at home.

5-8 weeks. Training Events. 1-1 coaching. Meal plans for fat loss. Charity Events.


All groups are run online. Privately. Daily videos and instruction provided.
