We hold tight to the 3 main truths of a healthy lifestyle change. No quick fixes. No pills, patches, or wraps...just hard work and a little push! I've been a personal trainer for the past 13 years...I have worked with folks in many different settings.  This has been the hands-down best combination for  me to offer clients as a kick-start to fat loss AND as a way to learn how to eat right...and me not have to be at their house every night slapping food away :) 

Now we have online accountability groups with other folks all pushing for the same goals...to help keep everyone in line.  On task. AND motivated to reach their initial goals.   The pictures speak for themselves!
