Couch to 5K + Abs


Starting June 27, my coaches and I are hosting a 21-day Couch to 5K training program.  BUT we are adding a twist in it because of my love for strength training and the necessity it is to improving your running and decreasing your running injuries...we are adding 3-4 days a week of home fitness strength work PLUS continuing on with our 5 day abs challenge workouts and adding those in 2 days a week.  PLUS we will have daily meal plans provided to take the guesswork out of meal prep.  AND ask you to stay accountable to the work daily, provide modifications to your time or physical needs.  PLUS throw in a super-food recovery shake for those quick breakfast or post-workout refueling meals.

This is by far our biggest group we've coached people through.  We have covered every base.  And I can't WAIT to see what kind of results you will receive with this program.  

Not a runner?  That's ok...just do the strength workouts.
Want to focus on diet? That's ok...just do the meal plans and portion containers/macro count.
Want to just do the running?  That's ok...just do the running and abs training.

There are many options to participating! So don't let any of these be an excuse.
